How InfiniSy handles client and Meta platform data.

This policy explains what information InfiniSy processes, why it is used, and how clients can request access removal or deletion.

Who we are

InfiniSy SARL AU is a Morocco-based technology company registered in Casablanca under Registre du Commerce number 672305 and ICE 003696017000074.

Information we process

We may process business contact details, project requirements, operational workflow information, technical configuration data, support messages, and information a client authorizes us to access through third-party platforms.

When a client connects a Meta account, the client authorizes access to their own business assets only. This may include pages, messages, leads, campaign reporting, or account metadata required for the approved client workflow.

How we use information

We use client information to build, configure, support, secure, and improve the software systems requested by that client.

Meta-related information is used for customer communication, order management, lead management, campaign reporting, and related support. InfiniSy does not sell client data or share it between businesses.

Data sharing

We share information only when needed to deliver the contracted service, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or operate infrastructure providers under confidentiality and security obligations.

Each client's connected Meta assets and business information remain separate from other clients. We do not use one client's data for another client's business.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, security, accounting, and reasonable business records.

Clients can request removal of connected platform access or deletion of eligible data at hello@infinisy.co or through the Data Deletion page.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect client information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but InfiniSy limits access to client information to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate need.
