Terms of service
Clear operating terms for software and integration work.
These terms explain the service relationship between InfiniSy and its clients, including responsibilities around authorized platform access.

Services
InfiniSy provides software development, business automation, e-commerce systems, order and delivery systems, SaaS product development, and authorized third-party integrations.
Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, support periods, and acceptance terms are defined in the written proposal, service agreement, or statement of work for each client.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, authorized access to their own accounts, required approvals, and timely feedback.
Clients must not ask InfiniSy to access accounts, data, or business assets they do not own or have authority to manage.
Meta and third-party platforms
When InfiniSy builds or supports Meta integrations, each client must authorize access to their own Meta business assets and comply with Meta's terms and platform policies.
InfiniSy uses authorized access only to deliver the requested client workflow, such as customer communication, order management, lead management, and campaign reporting.
Data and confidentiality
InfiniSy treats client operational data, platform access, credentials, business processes, and project materials as confidential unless the client authorizes disclosure or disclosure is legally required.
InfiniSy does not sell client data or share it between unrelated businesses.
Limitations
InfiniSy is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, API changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfiniSy's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
